GENERAL INFORMATION
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival is possible daily – except Christmas, New Year’s eve, Mardi Gras and Easter. Rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
DEPOSIT
Please note that at least 25% of the total amount is due at the time of booking to be paid by credit card or advance bank transfer (depending on the amount and the season). Should you transfer payment shortly before your stay, we kindly ask you to take with you the payment receipt, as it can take up to one week until the deposit shows up in our records.
Price and payment methods: We reserve the right to correct mistakes in prices and to refer you to the correct price list.

DOGS
Dogs are welcome in our hotel. We kindly ask you to inform us of this already when making your reservation. For dogs we charge € 25,- per day (excl. food). Please understand that dogs are not allowed into Restaurant Feinspitz. We’ll be happy to reserve a table for you in our Marend Stube.
NON-SMOKERS
Please understand that our hotel rooms and the entire restaurant, bar,… are non-smoking zones. Enjoy our exclusive smoking lounge.
REDUCTION FOR ACCOMMODATION/BREAKFAST
When booking accommodation with breakfast, the price will be reduced by € 25,- per person and night.
