We are delighted to welcome two VIPs from the wine scene here to the legendary Winemaker's Table at DAS CENTRAL hotel in Sölden. Top wine-grower Paul Achs from Gols (Burgenland) and Wolfgang Tratter, cellarer from Kellerei St. Pauls (South Tyrol), they will provide you with valuable insights into the fascinating world of wine. In the special ambience in our Ötztaler Stube you get to enjoy exquisite wines from the wine estate Paul Achs and from Kellerei St. Pauls, along with the unique PINO 3000, accentuated with culinary masterpieces from our 2-toque awarded cuisine.

WINE ESTATE PAUL ACHS

The multi award-winning Paul Achs winegrowing estate brings together traditional and contemporary wine technology to perfection. These wines are rightly regarded as some of the best wines in Austria. In terms of white wine, the emphasis is on Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. While with regard to red wine, Paul Achs concentrates on local grape varieties such as Zweigelt, blue Frankish, St.Laurent and Pinot Noir. The international Syrah grape variety is also vinified. The Paul Achs winery is also part of our unique wine project PINO 3000.
