Yoga coach Anja gently guides you on your journey to more balance, energy and inner peace.
The way up
Before stepping onto the mat, your morning begins with a guided walk from the hotel to the Gaislachkogl cable car. You’ll feel the crisp mountain air and the rising anticipation. Then, take the gondola up to over 3,000 metres – a spectacular journey where the Ötztal Alps unfold before your eyes.
