Your time at the Summit Beauty & Massage is an opportunity to arrive, unwind and feel completely at ease. To ensure that your treatment is tailored to your individual needs and carefully prepared, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines.
BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS
Appointment Reservations
We recommend booking your preferred treatments well in advance. Your appointment reservation becomes binding once it has been confirmed by us.
Changes & cancellations
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule it at least 24 hours before the start of your treatment.
For cancellations made at shorter notice, last-minute changes or failure to attend, the full treatment price (100%) will be charged. This also applies in the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, as well as to treatments booked using a voucher or as part of a package. In these cases, the full value of the respective treatment will be forfeited.
Punctuality & arrival
Please arrive at our Beauty & Massage reception approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This allows you sufficient time to settle in and prepare for your moment of relaxation.
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened accordingly to ensure that subsequent appointments can begin on time. The full treatment price will still apply.
External guests
External guests are also warmly welcome at Summit Beauty & Massage and may enjoy our entire range of treatments. Please note that the Summit Spa is reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
YOUR TIME WITH US
Quiet Atmosphere & Mobile Phones
To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, we kindly ask you to speak quietly and be considerate of ongoing treatments. Please switch your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from using it during your treatment.
Attire & valuables
For your treatment, we recommend wearing comfortable underwear or dry swimwear, where appropriate for the treatment concerned. Hotel guests may use the bathrobe provided in their room.
Please ensure that your valuables are stored safely. We cannot accept liability for personal valuables brought with you.
Health & personal needs
Before your first treatment, we kindly ask you to complete our health questionnaire in full and inform us of any relevant health conditions, allergies, injuries or individual preferences. Please also inform us of any changes in your health before each subsequent treatment.
Treatment duration
The duration stated at the time of booking includes the entire time spent in the treatment room – from being collected and changing to the treatment itself, followed by getting dressed and leaving the room.
Before your treatment
Please arrive freshly showered, if possible, and avoid applying body lotions or other skincare products beforehand. This helps create the ideal conditions for your treatment and the skincare products used.
During your treatment
Your comfort and well-being are our top priorities. Please feel free to let us know at any time if you would like anything adjusted, such as the massage pressure, room temperature or any other aspect of your treatment. We will be happy to accommodate your needs.
After your treatment
If possible, allow yourself some time to relax after your treatment and fully enjoy the benefits of your experience. We recommend drinking plenty of still water or unsweetened herbal tea and keeping yourself comfortably warm.
Privacy & consideration
Please respect the privacy and personal boundaries of our guests. Photography, video recording and audio recording are not permitted in our treatment and relaxation areas.
