With the new Junior Suites Nederkogl, launching in summer 2026, we are creating a retreat that captures exactly this feeling: tranquility, far-reaching views, and a true sense of arrival in the heart of the Ötztal Alps.

The redesigned Junior Suites Nederkogl are the evolution of our former Junior Suites Surprise and combine alpine living with great attention to detail:

  • Alpine Central style across 50 m² with natural materials and warm colour tones

  • South-facing balcony with breathtaking views of Nederkogl, our local mountain

  • Sleep comfort at 1,370 metres above sea level with innovative cooling ceilings, premium box-spring beds, reversible mattresses and a personalised pillow selection

  • Cosy reading corners for relaxing moments of retreat and relaxation

Waking up in Sölden means being surrounded by an impressive mountain landscape. One peak stands out in particular: the Nederkogl, rising to 3,163 metres. It shapes the panorama of our hotel, accompanies our guests through unforgettable holiday moments, and symbolises the feeling of truly having arrived.

A living experience that continues to evolve

With the new Junior Suites Nederkogl, we are continuing the living concept that was first introduced to Das Central with the rooms created in autumn 2023. Natural materials, warm colour tones and new reading corners create a harmonious atmosphere for peaceful moments overlooking the Ötztal mountains. Together with our team, every detail has been carefully selected to further develop what our guests already love while creating space for something new.

The hike to the 3,160-metre Nederkogl

The hike to the Nederkogl rewards you with a breathtaking panorama. This tour is suitable for sure-footed, experienced mountaineers with no fear of heights. Excellent physical condition, alpine experience and appropriate mountain equipment are required. For our guests, we recommend climbing the Nederkogl only together with an experienced hiking guide.
