Scenic Gaislachkogl peak makes a worthwhile destination for active mountain fans throughout the seasons. In order to meet all culinary expectations of such sporty guests, Bergbahnen Sölden is building two completely new restaurants at the middle station.
Just like at the ice Q – Austria’s highest gourmet restaurant on the summit of Gaislachkogl – the unique design and form language of the Tirolean architect’s office Obermoser characterizes its design. The unifying element of the market restaurant on the ground floor and the à la carte restaurant on the upper floor is once again the architectural appearance. Light-flooded, high rooms with large panoramic windows create a highly appealing atmosphere where also the majestic Ötztal mountains take a seat right at your table. Nature experience close up is ensured even more on one of the two south-facing sun terraces. Both restaurants are directly connected to the slopes or can be reached via a ski bridge.
FALCON market restaurant
A stop at the market restaurant is recommended for a quick refreshment between sporty downhill runs, fulfilling the desire to enjoy high quality catering in a short time. In addition to well-known classics, this gastronomy area comes up with contemporary food concepts. Nutritional trends such as vegan or vegetarian dishes will complement the rich offer. Appetizing highlight: At the live cooking station hungry guests can watch how their food is freshly prepared by combining their favorite ingredients for pasta, wok or bowl dishes according to their very own preferences. The innovative payment system guarantees that you save time. Great advantage: You only need to pay after you have eaten. Therefore, restaurant visitors can enjoy their warm dishes immediately.
FALCON à la carte restaurant
The modern service restaurant on the upper floor offers personal table service. “A gastronomic experience for all senses” is the overarching slogan here too.
