Wein am Berg – Summer Edition 2025
For the fifth time, we are celebrating the Wein am Berg – Summer Edition in an intimate, exclusive setting. From July 30 to August 2, 2025, alpine lightness meets high-end cuisine: with group cooking in the Central kitchen, a picnic at the Ötztaler fish farm, a dinner in the Ötztaler Stube, and a gourmetlunch at the ice Q at over 3,000 meters above sea level.

Cooking together with top chef Stefan Speiser
Wednesday, 30. July 2025
Cooking together with top chef Stefan Speiser. The Wein am Berg – Summer Edition kicked off right in the hotel kitchen. Together with head chef Stefan Speiser, fine dishes made from regional ingredients were prepared. Afterwards, everyone enjoyed a shared lunch tasting. In the evening, we headed high above the rooftops of Sölden to end the first day — with a Summit Night Swim & Sauna on the 5th-floor terrace.

E-Bike Tour, Fish Picnic & Gourmetdinner
Thursday, 31. July 2025
The second day started actively with a joint e-bike tour to Längenfeld (or by bus as an alternative). The destination was the fish farm of Raimund Mrak, one of our long-term partners. There, guests enjoyed a relaxed fish picnic. Back at the hotel, the evening began with an aperitif at the Summit Bistro & Bar, followed by the next highlight: a dinner in the Ötztaler Stube – created by Stefan Speiser and his team.

Gourmet lunch at the Gaislachkogl
Friday, 01. August 2025
On day 3, a gourmet lunch took place at the ice Q at 3,048 meters above sea level. Surrounded by the stunning panorama of the Ötztal Alps and the famous James Bond backdrop, guests enjoyed top culinary highlights and exceptional indulgence — accompanied by selected premium wines.

Summer Edition 2025
The participating top winemakers were
Wine estate family Reinisch
Tattendorf, Lower Austria
The Reinisch family is the fourth generation to run organic viticulture in Tattendorf and cultivates vineyards around Tattendorf and Gumpoldskirchen. The focus is on Pinot Noir, St. Laurent and the varieties Rotgipfler and Zierfandler. The brothers Johannes, Christian and Michael Reinisch focus on beneficial organisms and greenery. With Thomas in the restaurant at Johanneshof and Sebastian in the winery, the fifth generation is already active – both are sons of Johannes and bring fresh impetus to the family business.

Vitikultur Moser
Rohrendorf, Lower Austria
The history of the Moser family has been linked to wine since 1848. In two different wine-growing regions (Kremstal/Lower Austria and Neusiedlersee/Burgenland), a range of high-quality wines is produced every year. In Kremstal, mainly expressive white wines are grown on south-facing terraces, while in Seewinkel, east of Lake Neusiedl, the focus is on well-structured red wines. Vinification is always carried out without the addition of yeasts or enzymes in order to preserve the character of the terroir.

Wine estate Paul Achs
Gols, Burgenland
The family business, which has been growing wine for generations and has received numerous awards, combines tradition and modern wine technology. The focus is on red wines and dry white wines, in particular Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. For red wines, local varieties such as Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent and Pinot Noir as well as the international variety Syrah are vinified. The Paul Achs winery is also involved in the PINO 3000 wine project.
