On Friday, guests set off on a hike through the Ötztal mountains to Maria’s Alm. Selected wines, an Alpine setting and personal conversations with the winemakers turned the journey itself into a memorable experience.
The evening brought a culinary highlight at the Ötztaler Stube at the five-star hotel Das Central: MICHELIN-starred chef Alexandru Simon from Restaurant Glasswing in Vienna and MICHELIN-starred chef Stefan Speiser from Das Central joined forces to create an exclusive four-hands dinner. Two distinctive culinary styles, two MICHELIN stars and perfectly paired wines from the guest winemakers made for a truly special evening.
